How Long Does Delivery Take? Your Cinily Shipping Guide

The moment you click "Order," the countdown begins. We know the feeling of checking the letterbox or peering out the window for the delivery van. At Cinily, we believe in transparency, so we’ve put together this guide to help you understand exactly when your package will arrive.

The Journey of Your Order

It is important to note that "Delivery Time" is actually a combination of two distinct phases:

  • Processing Time: This is when we pick, pack, and quality-check your items. We typically aim to have this sorted within 1-2 business days.
  • Transit Time: This is the time your parcel spends with our couriers (such as Royal Mail or DPD) travelling from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and local carrier conditions. For the United Kingdom, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days (transit time).

For international orders, delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs clearance and local carrier operations.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Factors That Might Cause a Delay

While we do our best to meet every deadline, occasionally things happen that are out of our hands:

"Weather conditions, national holidays, and peak shopping seasons (like Black Friday) can sometimes add a few extra days to the journey."

How to Track Your Parcel

Once your order leaves the Cinily warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to follow your parcel's progress in real-time.
